A Loudon man was arrested July 21 after two women were assaulted twice within a few hours.

Loudon County Sheriff’s Deputy Justin Parks responded to a Loudon home July 15 in reference to a domestic violence call. Parks talked with one woman who claimed Christopher Steven Dills, 27, had spat in her face and head butted her, while the other woman said Dills had made threats against her and the other woman, telling them he was going to beat them up.

Parks noted in his report that the first woman had marks on her head consistent with the assault she described. Both women filed statements at the scene.

Later the same night, LCSO received another call from the same home. Parks returned to the residence and learned Dills discovered the women had contacted law enforcement, which led him to assault the first woman a second time.

The woman told the deputy that Dills grabbed her by the face, threw her to the ground and started to strangle her. Parks noticed marks on the woman’s neck and face — consistent with her story — that had not been there during Parks’ first visit.

The woman filed a second statement, but Dills was unable to be located. He was arrested nearly a week later by Deputy Clayton Jenkins.
